What are you training for?

Not one of our ten? Your plan is written for your sport, using exercises picked for what it demands.

    Getting started

    Two ways in

Answer seven quick questions, or measure yourself first with the assessment and let your scores build your plan.

    The quick way

    Answer seven questions

Your sport, your age, your level, what you are training for, how many sessions you can make, how many weeks, and anything to work around. About two minutes.

    • Best if you already know where you stand
    • Your plan is built the moment you finish
    • You can take the assessment later
    Answer the questions
    Measure first

    Take the assessment test

A short set of measured tests you do at home or on court. Each one scores against the ten physical aspects, so your plan starts from numbers instead of a guess.

    • Best if you want to know your limiter
    • Gives you a score to beat next month
    • Takes about thirty minutes
    Open the assessment

Everyone answers the same seven questions. The assessment is an extra step before them, so your plan starts from measured numbers.

These metrics are so helpful. Realized I still have a long way to go though lol.

    Personalized

    Built around you

    • 1

      Your sport and position

A baseliner and a serve-volleyer don't need the same legs.

    • 2

      Your level and training age

How long you've trained matters more than how old you are.

    • 3

      Your equipment

Full gym, one band, or a wall and a floor. Drills swap to match.

    • 4

      Your days per week

Two to five sessions. Nothing gets cut, it gets redistributed.

    • 5

      Your injury history

Old knees, sore shoulders, a bad ankle; the plan works around them.

    • 6

      Your season

Off-season builds. In-season keeps your legs for the weekend.

    Inside

    What you get back

    • 1

      Ten scores out of 100

Your read across every physical aspect we measure.

    • 2

      Your limiter

The single aspect capping the other nine.

    • 3

      A 2, 4 or 6 week plan

Chosen by your results, not by a package you picked.

    • 4

      Every drill illustrated

With sets, reps, rest and an equipment-free alternative.

    • 5

      Technique fixes

Two-minute corrections you can do without leaving the house.

    • 6

      Completion tests

One at the end of every week, so progress is measured, not felt.

    Who makes this

Built by one coach, not a factory

Every exercise in here was written and drawn by hand, one at a time. No stock photos, no scraped routines, no exercise you cannot picture.

    The drawings

Plans are built around your sport and your age. For under-18s the guidance never mentions cutting weight, and it never tells anyone to train through pain.

    FAQ

    Questions

No. Tell us what you can reach; a gym, a set of bands, or nothing but a wall and a floor; and every drill is swapped to match. The assessment itself needs almost no equipment.
Your assessment decides it. One or two aspects below range gets a short plan. Several below range gets the full six. You don't pick the length; your scores do.
You repeat the week. Nothing is lost; it runs again with slightly adjusted loads, and you re-test when you're ready.
Plans are written for athletes from about 14 upward. Younger athletes should have a parent or coach read through first, and anyone currently injured should clear it with a physio.
Tennis, padel, basketball, volleyball, football, handball, badminton and track. Each weights the ten aspects differently; a volleyball plan isn't a tennis plan with the word swapped.
